DIVING LESSONS

I signed the girls up to take diving lessons at the Murray Swimming pool near my mom's house. The girls are great divers and I thought some proper lessons would help their skills. It turns out, that it is hard for them. They are so use to diving in shallow water pools, plus with Raychel in competative swimming, they dive straight out and not deep. Now they know how to do the cute little jump approach and dive straight down deep into the water. The "Pike" dive is the hardest because you have to jump really high, form a V shape with your body, then straight down. There have been many belly flops with this one.
