Our Year at Disneyland

Grandma & Grandpa gave us the best present for Christmas last year and that was a year pass to Disneyland. It kills me that we live so close to these fun amusement parks and we hardly ever visit, so this was our chance to really take advantage and have some fun together as a family.
It is a 2 hour drive to Anaheim, so we leave quite early to go, but the days are full and we have a blast. Here are a few pictures of our adventures to Disneyland & California Adventure Park.

I have to tell you about the girls eating Baked Lays Potato Chips. We always packed some sort of lunch for the day. By the time we got to Disneyland, it was around 10:00 a.m and we were already hungry. Somehow it became tradition to bring a bag of Baked Lays Potato Chips and eat them while we waited in line to get into the park.

We had to visit Disneyland during the Christmas Season. And when they say this is a magical place, they mean it. It was so cool being there and seeing all the Christmas lights and the Parade was fantastic. As we sat on the sidewalk waiting for the Lighted parade to begin, it would "snow" on the main street, and Cinderella's Castle was lite up so beautiful.

You have to go to Disneyland during Halloween. The Haunted Mansion was amazing. Again, the place was magical and so festive.

The Ferris Wheel at California Adventure scared us all!!!
